Services
NoToTicket provides court-approved online traffic school and defensive driving courses. Course availability and requirements vary by state. It is your responsibility to verify your eligibility and court deadlines before enrolling.
Payment and Refunds
Course fees are charged at the time of enrollment. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Course Completion
You must complete all required course materials and pass the final exam to receive your certificate. Exam retakes are unlimited and free. Certificates are issued electronically and reported to the court on your behalf.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not have another person complete the course on your behalf, use automated tools to progress through the course, or share your account credentials.
Limitation of Liability
NoToTicket is not liable for court decisions regarding your ticket. While our courses are court-approved, the ultimate decision to dismiss your ticket is at the discretion of the court.
